- Emotions/fears myths/preparation and signs of labour
- Coping in labour/traditional & alternative methods of pain relief
- Father to be - practical baby skills-bathing/winding/baby cares
- Settling baby/establishing routine/ coping skills/recognising illness
- Birth scenarios/realistic birth expectation and planning in feeding

The Lymm Hotel, Lymm, Cheshire
A small informal relaxed country hotel. Walking distance to picturesque lymm village with canal and nature walks

Class £160 per couple

A £50 pp deposit secures a place and will be required at time of booking
